Effective: October 16, 2026 · Service: chii-calendar.odideok.com
ODIDEOK handles information as described below. Privacy inquiries and requests for access, correction, deletion or restriction can be sent to support@odideok.com.
1. Using the service
The site has no account registration, login, checkout or on-site inquiry form. You do not need to enter your name or email to view schedules. The selected display language is stored in your browser. Saved products are shared between languages within the same browser.
2. Email inquiries
When you email us, we receive the sender address, name displayed in the email, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, correct information and handle rights-related requests. Do not send identification numbers, payment details or other sensitive information unnecessary for the request.
We retain inquiry information while needed to handle it, then delete it. If law or a dispute requires retention, we keep only what is needed for that purpose. Inquiry links open your email app; clicking a link does not send an email.
3. Hosting and external images
Cloudflare Pages hosts the site. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request URLs, access times, browser information and other technical data to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service. Overseas servers may be used. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for its processing and retention practices.
Product images load directly from official retailer or manufacturer servers. Those servers may receive your IP address and browser request details. Image requests are configured not to send this site's referring URL. When you follow an external product link, that site's privacy policy applies.
4. Optional analytics and cookies
Current status: analytics is available with two separate consents. GA4 loads only after explicit agreement to both collection/use of usage statistics and overseas transfer to Google.
Purpose and two separate choices
We measure interest in products and browsing features to improve information and layout. You choose separately for each item below. Analytics starts only after you explicitly agree to both.
- Collection and use of usage statistics: use the information described below to measure product interest and service usage.
- Overseas transfer to Google: send analytics information to Google for processing and storage as described in the transfer notice below.
If you decline either item, GA4 remains off. Before both consents, or after refusal, Google analytics tags do not load and no analytics requests are sent, including consent-status pings. These choices are also separate from notification permission.
Declining or withdrawing consent does not restrict the calendar, saved products or reminders. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change or withdraw your choices. Withdrawal stops future sending and removes this site's analytics cookies; it does not immediately delete information already sent to Google.
Information processed
We count page views, product-detail views, product selections, official-link clicks, bookmark additions/removals, filter usage and language changes. Explicit parameters include page paths, product IDs, action types and display language. Character/category filters send usage counts only, not the values selected. GA4 may also process random cookie identifiers, access/event times, sessions, general browser/device/operating-system information and coarse regional information. We do not set names, email addresses, phone numbers or notification-device identifiers as an analytics user ID.
We do not send search text, URL query parameters or fragments, push endpoints, encryption keys, reminder-device tokens or custom reminder times to analytics. A bookmarked product's ID and add/remove action may be counted only with both separate analytics consents; these events are not linked to notification registration data.
Requests to Google can involve IP processing. For users outside the EU, Switzerland and UK, Google describes IP use for basic service operations, spam detection and coarse location, followed by disposal of raw IP addresses. For EU, Swiss and UK users, Google describes deriving location then discarding the IP without logging or storing it. See Google's non-European-region IP guidance and European-region guidance.
Retention and advertising settings
Analytics cookies expire within 60 days of creation; visits do not extend the same cookie's expiry. Browser policies or your deletion may remove them earlier. Your accept/refuse choices for both items, choice time and notice version are stored in the browser for up to 180 days, after which you are asked again. If the browser cannot save your withdrawal, we first try to remove the previous consent record, then use a non-analytics opt-out cookie (odideok_analytics_optout, up to 180 days) or temporary storage in the current tab if needed. If all saving and deletion are blocked, we can stop analytics only on the current page. Follow the on-screen guidance to clear this site’s stored data in your browser.
GA4 user/event retention is set to two months, with renewal on new activity disabled. Google applies periodic deletion; standard aggregated reports are not subject to the same event-level deletion period. See Google's retention guidance.
Google Signals, Google Ads linking, ad personalization, granular location/device collection and enhanced-measurement automatic events are disabled. AdSense ads are not currently displayed. We will update this policy and applicable choices before introducing advertising or changing analytics purposes or data.
Overseas transfer to Google
- Basis for transfer
- Your separate consent to overseas transfer.
- Recipient and contact
- Google LLC. The Google Analytics terms for Korea identify the contracting entity for the free service. Privacy inquiries can be sent through Google's privacy inquiry form or by mail to Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
- Destination country and processing locations
- Information is transferred to Google LLC in the United States and may be processed in facilities operated by Google and its subprocessors around the world. Google's public materials do not specify a fixed storage country for this individual GA account. This does not guarantee storage only in the United States. A subprocessor's corporate location is not a statement of where this account's data is actually stored.
- Information transferred
- The page and product actions, page paths, product IDs, display language, random cookie identifiers, session information, access/event times, general browser/device/operating-system information, coarse region and IP addresses involved in requests described above. Search text, URL queries/fragments, push endpoints, encryption keys, device tokens and chosen reminder times are excluded.
- When and how
- After explicit consent to both collection/use and overseas transfer, information is sent as you use the site through encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Purpose
- Process and store usage statistics and prepare reports to understand product interest and improve the service.
- Retention
- GA4 user/event retention is set to two months, without renewal on new activity. Analytics cookies last up to 60 days from creation without extending the same cookie on visits. Google applies periodic deletion; standard aggregated reports are not subject to the same event-level period. IP processing follows the guidance above; this does not mean raw IP addresses are stored for two months.
- Refusal, withdrawal and effect on service
- Declining either choice prevents GA4 collection and transfer. You can withdraw at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the footer without restrictions on the calendar, saved products or reminders. Contact support@odideok.com for this service's inquiries or deletion requests.
Official sources checked: 2026-10-16. See Google's subprocessor list and international data transfer information for advertising and analytics for updates. Google's partner-site information guidance and Privacy Policy also explain its information practices.
You can restrict or delete cookies, site storage and external-image loading in browser settings. Schedule text and official links remain available without images. Hosting-related security information follows the provider's policy.
5. Product reservation reminders
Reminders are optional and not required to view schedules. Check availability and browser support on the reminder page. If the page says the service is being prepared, registration and delivery are not yet available.
When you register, Cloudflare D1 stores the web-push endpoint, required encryption keys, a hash of a random device identifier, saved products, order periods, reminder types, custom reminder times, notification language, registration/expiry times and consent-notice version. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and precise location are not requested. Your browser stores saved products, reminder settings and a random identifier for the notification connection. Saved products work without notification permission and remain until you remove them or clear browser storage. Once device notifications are enabled, list and time changes are automatically synchronized to the server.
Push endpoints, keys, device identifiers and custom reminder times are used only for reminder delivery, settings management and error handling, and are not sent to analytics or advertising tools. With consent to both analytics collection/use and overseas transfer, a bookmark action and product ID may be counted without linking them to reminder registration.
Registration data remains for up to 180 days after the last device connection and is removed during the next daily cleanup after expiry. Delivery-status records are removed during the next daily cleanup after seven days. An expired-endpoint response triggers deletion of that device's registration. “Turn off notifications / delete server data” immediately removes server device information, product selections and delivery records. Browser bookmarks remain; remove individual items by selecting their star again.
Clearing browser storage without first deleting server information loses the identifier needed to manage that registration. Use the full disable/delete control first where possible. An already in-flight notification may arrive shortly after cancellation.
Cloudflare and device/browser push providers such as Apple, Google, Mozilla or Microsoft may process endpoints and technical delivery information using overseas servers. Notification bodies are encrypted using the web-push standard. An IP-derived value may temporarily rate-limit registration/settings APIs to prevent abuse; it is not used for product-interest analytics.
Notification permission does not grant analytics or advertising consent. Disable an individual reminder or remove its bookmarked product to stop it. Closed ordering periods no longer trigger reminders, but the product remains saved. To disable all device reminders and remove server data, use the reminder-page deletion control. Blocking notifications in operating-system/browser settings alone does not delete server information.
6. Your requests and policy changes
Contact support@odideok.com for access, correction, deletion or restriction of inquiry, reminder or analytics information. We request only the minimum information needed to verify and handle your request under applicable law. Material changes to information collected or its purposes will be announced here with their effective date.
